She presses her hands together gently and she says a prayer of blessings and protection. Her face is angelic and soft, you can tell from her facial expressions that she is calm and at peace with herself, giving this sculpture the vibe or tranquility and peace. This is a beautiful bronze sculpture of the Virgin Mary also known as Madonna. She is dressed in a long robe and dress that lets her tiny foot peak out from underneath. On her head she wears a veil that is pulled back from her face and only covers her hair it falls down over her shoulders cascading down towards the floor. The essence of this sculpture gives one hope, faith, and above all an unconditional love. This sculpture has a two toned brown patina and was cast using the “Lost Wax Method” and is signed by the artist Giancarlo. It is mounted on a marble base and would look great on any mantle, book shelf, or dresser. This is the perfect gift to give to the follower of faith in your life.
