    Offering a very nice English Sheffield silver plate double sugar scuttle. Marked on the bottom  Thomas Otley & Sons Sheffield RD No 231544   189  15 .  Dates to 1894-1895. Condition is excellent with lots of pattern on all surfaces. Bamboo shaped handle and places for tongs on each side. Double lids and 4 ball feet.
